Mongo Specialty Cleaners collects the information you give us when you request an estimate, book a service, or contact us: your name, mailing or service address, email address, and mobile phone number. We also keep records of the services we have performed for you and the messages we have exchanged with you about them.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for marketing purposes. We collect your mobile number and your consent to be texted at the time you book a service with us. Text messages from Mongo Specialty Cleaners are transactional only and relate to the service you booked. We do not send promotional or advertising text messages.

• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Mongo Specialty Cleaners does not charge for text messages.
